Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 89f account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. 89f employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings derived from a duplicate account will be voided and the accounts closed.

Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility.

You may request closure of your 89f account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets or bonus funds with active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed in writing with 89f.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated on the offer page) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or payouts and the correct value, 89f reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. All sporting results are determined by the relevant governing body's official result; in the event of a dispute, 89f's decision based on official data feeds is final.
For in-play cricket betting — including PSL, T20 Internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket — markets are suspended during key events (wickets, end of over, DRS reviews) and resumed promptly. 89f is not liable for bets placed on suspended markets that result from latency or user-side connectivity issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89f platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
